Nancy Shaw Obituary
WARSAW – Nancy Lou Shaw, 89, a former resident of Warsaw, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Danbury Senior Living in Millersburg.
She was born May 18, 1935, an only child to Lillian Adeline Bible and Harry Severns McCormick in Coshocton. She was raised outside of Roscoe and graduated from Roscoe High School in 1954. She married Ross Edgar Shaw from Spring Mountain on February 15, 1958, who preceded her in death June 6, 2022.
Nancy was a popular student at Roscoe and served as her class treasurer during her freshman and senior years, class secretary her junior year, and Glee Club Secretary-Treasurer her senior year. She enjoyed her years at Roscoe and frequently reminisced about times with her classmates, retaining life-long friendships with several of them. Upon graduating from high school, Nancy worked as the head teller for 4.5 years at City Loan & Savings on N. Third St. in Coshocton.
